The Agricultural Support Services Project is administered and directed by The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) under the Ministry of Agriculture, MOA. This unit is located at the Ministry of Agriculture offices at Hope Gardens on the second floor, occupying rooms 202 to 214. The Project Implementation Unit has the responsibility of managing the various activities of the ASSP. The full staff complement is now in place and the team now comprises the following personnel:

• Assistant Technical Officer - Agricultural Health and Food Safety Services

• Office Attendant

Each of the three components is managed by a Technical officer. The Agribusiness Development Officers (ADO's) work very closely with the Technical Officers in achieving the mandate of the Project.The Ministry of Agriculture (MOA's) Planning Division provides additional staff support to the PIU with a Sociologist and a Competitiveness Officer.
